Stewart’s reputation as a respected speaker, professional development specialist and personal coach to individuals and families, has been earned over a thirty-plus year span, with experience in virtually all facets of the financial securities industry. 
Stewart specializes in providing Life Coaching to Senior Executives, Regional and Branch Directors and as part of his professional development, coaching and mentoring programs, he addresses Life Coaching with Advisors and their Teams.
His client, business and advisor practice solutions are used by firms, branch managers and top advisors throughout the United States and Canada.
His Wall Street career has included building three successful practices – individual retail clients, institutional and a hedge & speculative futures business. He has managed several functions in two firms, a Board of Director member and a producing and non-producing Branch Office Manager, Director of Training and Development, and Director of Human Resources.
LEE Training is a consulting firm focusing on client service and education, personal and professional development, and to maximize the results of advisors, financial planners, and branch / senior management with their client base in the financial services industry. Stewart has always been committed to strategic planning and executing tactical activities impacting productivity issues; affecting branding, marketing, prospecting, sales and client servicing.
In his role as a private consulting partner, he has coached many individuals and teams with financial securities firms, banks, insurance companies, mutual fund dealers, and traditional or independent advisors in all critical areas of practice management. He speaks on and is contracted for assistance and development with business plans, practice management skills, developing teams, creative marketing initiatives, and client service.
Stewart is invited to speak at industry conferences as his expertise is recognized by the Securities Industry and Financial Marketing Association (US), the Investment Dealers Association (Canada), and other professional associations in both countries.
He has delivered the SIFMA Branch Manager Program for 20 years and in Canada, the IDA’s Essential of Management for over 10 years. He consults with many training and development professionals in the design and delivery of their in-house programs. Stewart is called upon frequently to contribute to a variety of industry newsletters, magazines, and articles for various financial publications.
